Sunday, Feb. 5, 10-11 p.m. EST (EWTN) "Art and Beauty in the Catholic Tradition." Stanley Konopka, assistant principal violist with The Cleveland Orchestra, chairs this discussion of the Catholic tradition of celebrating beauty and art. Part of the series "Franciscan University Presents" (TV-G -- general audience).

Monday, Feb. 6, 10-11:30 p.m. EST (PBS) "Outta the Muck." Filmmakers Ira McKinley and Bhawin Suchak's documentary chronicles life in the small community of Pahokee, Florida. An "Independent Lens" presentation (TV-14 -- parents strongly cautioned).

Monday, Feb. 6, 10:03-11:03 p.m. EST (History) "History's Greatest of All Time With Peyton Manning." Premiere of a new series in which famed football star Peyton Manning highlights superlative figures and achievements across a wide spectrum of categories. This episode, titled "Stadium Smackdown," looks at outstanding stadiums from Rome's Colosseum to Chicago's Wrigley Field.

Wednesday, Feb. 8, 9-10 p.m. EST (PBS) "Star Chasers of Senegal." This episode of the series "Nova" explores the heritage and future of African astronomy (TV-G -- general audience).

Saturday, Feb. 11, 4-6 a.m. EST (EWTN) "International Mass on the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes."
